I bought a 3 piece Lounge suite from Russells, Festival Mall, Delivery took a week but once delivered the corners of the 3 seater were damaged. I made a note on the delivery form and lodged the complaint immediately, and i was told that the warehouse does not have stock.
Needless to say after multiple excuses from the warehouse not getting back to the branch and systems being changed and countless phone calls and promises, I still have in my possession damaged goods.
I am sure no person would ever pay good money for something that is damaged and wait 2 months to have it swapped out.
I hope to hear from somebody soon to get this issue resolved.
