On the 21-April-2013 I purchased a lounge suite cash at Rochester in Atterbury-Pretoria and it was delivered on the 23-April. After delivery we realized that one of the two seater couches was damaged and I reported it to the store. I was asked to take a picture of the damaged couch and bring it to the store as evidence and also to fill in a form for damaged goods. I did that on the 26-April. I was then promised to have the damaged couch be replaced by the following week. I kept on following up with my sales person every week and he always told me that he communicates with the warehouse and every time they promise to deliver. Today it is the 11-Jun and still I have not yet received the new couch. This is really unacceptable, I don't owe them even a cent and this is the kind of service I receive from them. I want the new couch delivered a.s.a.p or else they must give me my money back.
