I took my watch a candino (Blue 8) for repair/service on Thursday 04/07/2013, was promised a call on Friday which never materialised. I phoned on Sat 06/07/2013 to be told the watch can not be repaired as the motion was the problem. I also asked on collection if anybody looked at the watch as all hands were in the exact same position and was promised it had been looked at. I brought the watch home put a new battery inside and it works perfectly. This proves the watch was never even looked at. Further more I originally bought this watch from this same store.
