In August I paid the full balance of R11 282 that the consultant provided me with. I requested that the account be closed she confirmed that it will be done. Last night 08h30 pm i received a call the lady that called Ntombixolo Booi told me my account was in arrears with R57.00. I was disturbed by this call as to my knowledge this account was paid in full. After paying such a huge amount two months later im informed that im owing R57.00 this is ridiculous. Explaining to Ntombixolo was a waste of time as she sounded like a programmed machine. I need this account to be closed.
