I bought leather sofas cash retail price R30000.00 from Bradlows Maponya mall last year September and realized that the 3 seater had a small chip. Called the dealer and first they told me their warehouse is moving to another place I must check with them after a month. called got the same story and then they were fully booked and their closing in December I must call late in January. February I managed to get them they collected the 3 seater to go and fix the small chip but the sofa came with more damages it was scratched, they used cheap plastic leather to cover the chip. complained they took the sofa back and still came back the same. till today still waiting for the to resolve the problem. Mr inda has so much to me.
