5 months ago I emailed a complaint to parmalat. The packet of Melrose cheese slices I bought was rotten in the middle, they responded and sms'd me a ref number: 13/02/929, after 2 months I emailed them again because no one contacted me regarding my complaint, they said they'll send it to the relevant department. It is now 5 months since my complaint was sent, and still NOTHING from Parmalat!!! As they are ignoring me I might as well tell everyone to watch out for the Melrose cheese slices because they can be rotten in the middle of the pack!!
