I purchased a 32" Sansui LED Television on promotion from Hi-Fi Corp on Saturday 28 September. I set it up only to find that I have a faulty unit, which was confirmed by the STYLCO technician as well as the manager at Hi-Fi Corp who took my call on Monday. I was told I would have to bring the unit in and - if they have stock - they will exchange it for me. The manager then proceeded to tell me that the only stock he can see available is in Botswana, and that he would call me before 19:00 on Monday with feedback. It is now Wednesday and I have still not had feedback!
