Filled out an on-line complaint on 18 Sep 2013, still waiting for someone from the branch to phone me back!
SECONDLY, last night I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to assist me at the Fish counter! I ended up having to go and fetch one of the staff from the meat counter to help me! Maybe put up a bell to ring for assistance as this is the 3rd time this has happended. NB: YOUR PRE-PACKED CHEESE HAS REACHED ITS EXPIRY DATE. Maybe if the staff spent less time on their cell phones and treated customers with respect, the service would improve.
