Staff doing the customer a favou

This buthery has staff behind the counter but the staff think they are doing the customer a favour by attending to the customer
secondly the floor space for customers is so packed that one cannot shop in a relaxed atmosphere
there R 4 people at the cashier desk meaning they are more interested in colelcting your money than serving you
please put a supervisor behind your counter whose job is not to serve but to manage the staff doing the SERVING
they won't get me coming back there again
