I have placed and paid for an online order which was suppose to be delivered on Friday 17.05.2013 between 10 am and 1pm. No delivery took place and no one called to let me know. I called the online call centre at 12:50pm only to find out that there was a delay with the stock, all i needed was a phone call from Woolworths stating this. I then asked for them to deliver to my house on Sat 18.05.2013, no delivery took place and no call to me to state this either. Today, i called the call centre again spoke to the same person Nancy, who is trying to sort this order out. Pathetic Service from Woolwoths online!!!
