Order No: o76239617 I paid for and selected 10 items to be sent as a BIRTHDAY GIFT to my sister in Emmarentia Jhb. The order reached her with only HALF the items and I have already PAID the total amount due via an on-line payment with my VISA Cheque card. Tina, Nancy and Janine all from On-line Purchases Department were inept, negligent and clueless as to the status of my delivery. I made over 6 calls to the Woolworths Call-centre yesterday trying to ascertain whether my delivery had reached my sister in good condition. I was given NO accurate information in this regard, I was NOT made aware that only HALF my order was going to be delivered. As a result of your pathetic service and poor chain of command- my sister was left with a paltry 5 items delivered in a PLASTIC PACKET, for her birthday gift. I assure you that I will pursue this matter until I receive satisfactory recompense for YOUR COMPANY'S negligence.
