My husband ordered a gift for his mothers birthday in March this year - a couple of days after his order her gift was delivered to her - when it was dated to be delivered 28 June only. He contacted NetFlorist who apologized and said it was an error on their side - to make up for this error they would send her flowers on the 28th of June of the same value as the gift that was delivered on the wrong date. He phones his mother the day after her birthday only to find out they never sent the flowers they promised to send. Now his mom not only got her birthday gift delivered on the wrong date but also received nothing on her actual birthday! I expect a response to this query as soon as possible.
