Yesterday 2013.05.14 I ordered flowers @6:40 from net florist and requested for delivery to please be at 13:00, as the birthday girl might leave any time. At 13:41 I received a notification saying delivery will be there at 14:35. at 15:00 and ask why the gift was not delivered to the birthday lady. Their excuse -"TRAFFIC". The birthday girl left work at 15:30 and still never received her Gift. I phoned net florist 3 Times and each time promises were made that they would send a driver from the Sandton Branch to deliver the gift at my home.yesterday 2013.05.14. I am still waiting for this Driver to arrive.!! I paid for these services and now the birthday girl never received her gift on time. So what is net florist going to do from their side? Delivery was made at 15:45 (after the person has LEFT) it was said that an extra box of apology chocolates would be delivered with the gift that also DID NOT happen. They promised to make a new gift and deliver today! So why all the and empty promises?
