I bought a defy gas stove from game kimberley, the sales lady who assisted me was Avis. It is 7weeks later and I still dont have my stove. Game never phoned me once with any feedback, they do not care and it does not seem that anyone wants to take responsibility to sort out this matter. I paid cash for my stove with the promise on the day when I bought my stove that Iwill receive it. I contacted game's customer service about 2weeks ago but they never came back to me.
