On Sunday at 11.30 I entered the Hyper and exactly 11.32 I called my husband from my cell in the 1st isle, swimming pool items. About an hour later I only realised my phone was missing. I immediately reported it to the office. Only after going home and collecting my husband's cell, as mnie was still ringing I went back to hyper hoping it had fallen somewhere and I would here it ring, only then did staff suggest they look at the security tape. Well apparently I was not in the store as security cannot find me after I gave them exact time and place. I sat and watched that isle for 10 min it is the quietest isle in the store and I know when i was there, no one was behind me. Question was i careless and put my phone down while talking acid from the rack or did i drop the phone while trying to put in my pocket. My husband called store again at 3.06pm. It is now 4.45 and still no call back after they promised to call back asap. What now do I just accept my neglect or can I get clarity before it drives me nuts.
