Why haven't you deducted my account

I received a call from from one of your accounts agents, we made an arrangement with regards to my payments. The arrangement was for R900
I also advised your consultant that my salary come in on the 28 of every month.
I see you tried deducting monies earlier then our agreement.

Kindly advise why are these arrangements not being followed and will you pay for my bank charges due to the debit order rejection.
This debit order rejection wouldn't have happened if you sticked to your word.
