ANNOYING SERVICE

I bought a bed late 2013. They told me the first payment will be in December. I made a debit order arrangements for the 20th of each month. Nobody said the 1st December is a fixed date regardless of the debit order and I should pay on that day and not wait for debit order to run. ANyway i agreed to an arrangement to increase my installment which was supposed to get my account to be up to date. Now I am getting harrased by call Centre agents and whoever it is responsible for smses. I get calls each time, is it really necessary to call me if I made debit order arrangement. I dont run away from my accounts so I dont need weekly reminders.

Secondly THIS JOSHUA DOOR STORE, RAN A DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEN THEY HAVE THE AUDECITY TO SEND ME SMS SAYING I DIDNT PAY THEM..LIKE!!! When i call, the agent tells me about the 1st december still as if the arrangements never happened. At that time same people called earlier today saying my account is up to date. What is happening with this shop?

GUYS DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE.. RATHER GO TO RUSSELS..THE SERVICE THERE IS THE BEST WITH NO ANNOYING AGENTS AND NO CONFUSION!!! I THOUGHT THAT ALL JD GROUP SHOPS WORK THE SAME. BAD SERVICE!!
