Wrong debit order date

Good day

Please advice why i receive an sms today informing that my (smart bond) debit order will get deducted tomorrow.

My salary only comes in on the 28th of every month.

I have contacted you call centre 2/3 months ago with regards to these arrangements, Ive also received sms's regarding the debit order arrangements.
