Good day

This is the second moth in a row, you keep on submiting debit order on the wrong date, i have made an arangement as to when the debit order needs to get deducted.

The arangements was for the 29th or the last working day of every month. Im keeping you guys responsible for my back charges due to debit order rejections.

You also billed me for the CLIP service, i fail to see how this service can be active on my line, you know very well that this service is used for viewing MSISDN of all incomming voice calls.
Please explain how can a data sim card in an Ipad mine utilize these sevices.
As per CPA no customer can be foreced to have VAS services unless you confirming this with them.

i have given you my contatc details before, tell me why did no one from you account departments called me last month... its not my duty to fix your mistakes.
