Please explain to me why are you deducting on the 22nd of the month when we have a arrangement for the 25th of each month.i want to be paid for the unpaid debit order costs that you incured on my account.
secondly why are you deducting 3 amounts on my account when i only authorised for 2 debit orders. are you guys stupid or what? i want the call recordings played to me on the arrangements we made cause i have a call recording which i want to submit to show that you do not honor payment arrangements and this is the second time. I also want feedback on all the debit orders you submitted on my accounts.
