To whom it may concern. I have had this matter with u before, when we agreed on a settlement plan I instructed them to STOP everything that was coming off that account Ie Club Magazine, funeral cover and accinent cove. However they did NOT do as I instructed them to do. In the meantime I settled the above mentioned account in full in June this year. R1467.97 in full. So now I am receiving messages again saying that I have an overdue account of R180.35 but in fact I do not owe them anything. Olease would u look into the matter for me. I went to Edgars this morning held on for - 10 minutes and then I was cut off so didn't speak to anyone. Many Thanks Erica Spille.
