I lodged a complaint 6months ago regarding the same thing, there was bad reception when a lady called and she never called back. I have my account from June 2011 for which I did subscribe to the Edgars Club. I have received 1 magazine and 1 account statement from that time. I am paying for something and have not gotten to use any of the benefits. I do not even know my balance due and have to go in-store every month. I pay extra for the Edgars club every month and 1 month that I was a few Rands short, they want to give me a bad credit reference! How must I know if I'm not getting a statement? And what about all the money I have been paying for something I'm not receiving? This is just absolutely pathetic and the fact that you have to keep running after them is frustrating. When its their money, they are quick to call, when its yours, you don't exist to them!
