I have made a full payment on my account and yet I received a statement afterwards reflecting a charge on the club benefits??? I want nothing to do with Edgars and Edcon and all its subsidiaries. Having been a client of Edgars almost 8 years, I was very disappointed with the way Edgars handled my account, particularly the insurance on the Blackberry I had bought that Vaal Mall did not insure after the assurance that they did.
Now I don't want stories and being forced to pay for club benefits when I haven't even received the magazine nor the benefits in a very long time! I just want you to close my account as previously requested and cancel all correspondence from Edcon and all your agents!
