I am very upset with Edgars, I recently discovered that since march 2013 my edgars account has additional products such as membership club and a funeral plan, no one offered me these plans or even explained this funeral plan and I certainly did not sign any agreement to this. Initially when I took this account last year February I specifically voiced that I don't want any add on products and my statements did not reflect any policies until march this year. Edgars said it will be investigated but I have not heard anything from them, when I call I can not get hold of the manager. I went to the branch and had the run around and left unhappy. I need an explanation and who is responsible for this. I certainly want my money back as I have been a loyal customer paying my account monthly and on time.
