Omo rewards, difficult to activate

Firstly had two omo rewards that I obtained, the operator said that I can only one meal voucher at a time... so I chose 26 Sept at dros hatfield and the other one at dros hatfield 13 October. the operator also said that I would receive an sms with the details and conformation. I still haven't received an sms. 26 Sept I emailed omo-rewards to request the sms. Please change the one meal voucher I was suppose to use on 26 sept to 13 October 13h00. we will be 2 people dining, we will ask for 2 different bills, so that we can use both vouchers.

secondly I have another 4 OMO rewards to obtain and want to take my friend and myself for a mani/pedi. but is very misleading, the operator said that its only a buff and paint. im expecting a real mani/pedi, as Ive got short nails, and wanted overlays, massages, and for our feet, im expecting a decent foot treatment as my feet are in terrible shape after the winter... please clarify why you cant offer us a decent mani/pedi? I will sms the codes later but I don't want to use it on a paint and buff, which we can rather do ourself?
