Edcon Accounts Staff dont know what they're doing!

This is the email that I have just sent to the law firm that Edcon has handed me over to after paying my account in full and closing the account in 2009 :

Trust this email finds you well.

With reference to our conversation of earlier, attached please find the proof of payment in full and final settlement for both my Edgars & Tiger Wheel & tyre accounts.

Please note that I contacted Edgar's in 2009 to obtain settlement figures and settled both accounts accordingly. In 2012 Edgars proceeded to contact me to and tell me that I have an outstanding balance of R /-2000, when I enquired what this was for I was advised that they forgot to include certain charges in the settlement figure. It is not my problem that the Edgars accounts staff cannot do their job properly and I will not be paying any additional fee's what so ever.

Please confirm in writing that this matter has been finalised and I do not appreciate the harassment I am receiving from Edgars and will take the matter further if necessary.
