I bought a Russel Hobbs perculator coffee machine last year August at the Clicks store in Kuruman. 2 weeks after the purchase the machine broke & we took it back to the store where it was replaced with a new one. About a month after this exchange took place, the new product had the exact same problem & we returned it to the store again. The Manager then told us that they won't be able to replace the item with a new one, but will send it to the manufacturer. This happened & the machine was returned to us in about 2 months time. The machine then worked for about a month, but broke again. When we approached the store again regarding our problem, the manager told us that I have to contact the Clicks helpline regarding my problem, because they can't assist us anymore, because we don't have the box in which the item was bought. I phoned the Clicks helpline & they logged the call & said they will return within 48 hours. I phoned the helpline twice after the first time & was told, everytime, they will get back to me. Till date no response. I can't see why I paid so much for the machine, but can't use it, because no one is willing to assist us.
