Listed without a reason

Hi
My name is Phillistus, in July I did placed an ordered of a duvet at home choice, which they did deliver it at my place and it was the wrong one. I called them and tell them my problem but they told me they will send some one to come and fetch it. after two days they came and fetch it, and now I receive the calls that I'm owing them R 4000 which I didn't receive any goods and I also being listed as a slow payer. This thing is affecting me too much as I'm now pregnant and I want to buy a car and the banks declines me as a slow payer from home choice account. I tried to call them some they put me on hold while some they are cutting me off. I have left with no choice but to go Speak Out as is my last option now.
