I bought a Philips shaver at Clicks in July of 2013. I was in the process of moving house and lost the slip for it in the move. The shaver broke last week and I downloaded the bank statements that show my original purchase at Clicks. When going to Clicks in Fourways crossing they said they cannot access their records to give me my original slip and therefore they cannot help me. I would have to try my luck at Phillips. My complaint is that Clicks should be able to access their historical records to give me my slip after I gave them the exact date and time of the credit card transaction. Please can a more helpful person assist me.
