DISGUSTED AT EDGARS/EDCON

I am really upset. I went to see my bank about financing only to be told that I have an outstanding, overdue balance of R6100.00 at Edgars. Needless to say, I almost fell of my chair. I felt utterly humiliated. I have phoned ITC, I have been to Edgars Uitenhage three times already, only collecting reference numbers it seems.
I had Edgars debit my account, as I never have time to pay accounts. All went well, only for them to phone me 6months later, yes, SIX MONTH LATER, asking when I will be making payment as my account is SIX MONTHS IN ARREARS.

I paid them immediately, on the 13.07.2012, R6100.00 and asked them to close the account. A lady phoned me, confirmed payment and asked if I would still like to close the account. I confirmed that that was my wish yes. She said, ACCOUNT CLOSED.YES THANK YOU, BUT WHY DID YOU NOT UPDATE IT AT ITC, now I am sitting with a VROT name through your incompetence??? I have another appointment with my banker on Tuesday, and I need my credit report/status updated before then. I need to know what Edcon is going to do to rectify this, as I have had only empty promises thus far. AND IF I GET ANOTHER OTP PIN FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT IS CLOSED... AAAARGGGGHHH!!
