No delivery and no communication - yet paid for??

We purchased a Trojan Power Stack 510 from Canal Walk GAME on Saturday 21st September. We were told that delivery would be on Tuesday 24th - we found this strange as that was a holiday however the young sale man checked with his manager, an older gentleman who verified that that date was possible.

We stayed home the entire Tuesday awaiting delivery of the home gym - nothing. No one called with an update or even to say "Oops, we're sorry, we forgot the warehouse doesn't do deliveries on a public holiday"

My husband called GAME who put us through to their warehouse. They said that they don't have the complete product, that there were missing pieces. How does this happen?

What is frustrating is that WE have to call GAME and all four people who said they'd follow up and get back to us never did so. At no point did anyone say "We're working on it" but rather pass the buck to yet another person whom we have to re - explain to.

My account is UP TO DATE but I'm sure that if I don't pay one month they will be VERY SURE to call us then! This is unacceptable and poor customer service to say the least.
I'd appreciate feedback on this matter soonest.
