After purchasing a Trojan Strider @ Game store in Vredenburg Mall in the Weskus, I had to return the Strider due to faulty equipment. Game stores were of no help regarding this matter although the Strider is still under guarantee. I contact Trojan directly, but again came to a dead and the customer service were poor and the consultants expressed a terrible attitude.
I still have a broken Strider and no-one of Game nor Trojan has had the decency to follow up with me. I have again lodged a complaint on the Trojan website - so I am awaiting their response. Hopefully I will get this matter resolved and the product to be exchanged for a new item.
