MISSING MONEY LOST M NUMBER

November 2012 I deposited money using the Money market service through the Checkers in Kimberley as that is where I was based. The intended recepient did not retrieve the money and I have lost the M number when I moved back to JHB.I went to Shoprite Dobsonville and the manager there, Thabane said I should get an affidavit, so I did. Upon my return to the store, she asked me if I was sure about the date to which I replied I think so and that is when the verbal assualt ensued. She was yelling ans shouting at me telling me that I was wasting her time asking her to trace my transaction, to which I replied she was the manager and had to manage my query as her customer. She then told me I had a bad attitude and she threw the affidavit at me saying I should go to Kimberley and tell them to give me my money. I then told her I was going to report her and she said "what is my boss going to do to me? " She also said "I found your money but I will not give you because of your attitude". I am appalled and utterly disgusted by her behaviour and especially because she is the store manager.
All I want is my R150 and any interest it could've accrued due to the despicable manner this was handled. Revolted.
