PS3 Still on warenty

I was very upset when my PS3 broke less than a year after i purchesed it, I then phoned in to enquire as to if they would be able to help me as i had lost my slip but i had purched the product on a account, the consultant on the line took the account number and informed me that the indeed see that the PS3 was bought on the account and when it was bought and that i needed to come in with the product and they would have it fixed. So i came all the way from Randburg to Randfontein (kewest) to go and hand in the PS3, they then informed me that the would fix the product and notify me when it has been fixed. After 2 weeks had passed i resieved an sms notifying me that the repaired item is ready for collection. We then went all the way from Randburg back to Keywest to collect the item. On arrival at the store they said that they will not fix the item as there is no proof of payment. After they had told mr they see it on their system. There is always a long que at the returns department and it is not the first item we have bought from game that has been Faulty or broken. I am very unhappy that a PS3 not even a year old can break and the refuse to fix it!!!
