This lady Wendy Basson, was busy with a patient at the front desk window, and then came to me, telling me my phone is making a noise the patient can’t hear. Then the patient stopped her and said no it’s not making a noice. I don’t appreciate the way she approached me and her attitude, demanding I switch my phone off. We pay to come to this hospital, and not to be victimised. I urge that something should be done about this, cause she made us feel unworthy of being here.
