They refused to repair my item which was still un

I bought a playstation 2 in june last year, the playstation started to get stuck and sometimes couldnt start so since it was still under guarantee and i still had the proof of purchase i took the item back to tzaneen game.the representative checked/tested the playstation first and asked me to take it to the department where they take items back for repairs.i was told to expect the item in three weeks but it was never like that.i took the playstation to the store on the 2nd of apirl and on the 11th it was returned and i received a call from the shop that its back.the lady told me it couldnt be repaired because it was ouit of guarantee and if i need the item to be repaired i need to pay R684 for them to repair it.this is not fair to me a s acustomer kindly sort this out
