I bought a NEW fridge from Makro (Strubens Valley) on 23 June 2013. NOT EVEN three months later it is not working and despite me trying for a full day to get feedback on what the next step is, I ended up speaking to the manager (Sandy Inglis) who basically only gives me a BAD attitude. It is not his problem that a brand new fridge is not working, it is not his problem that despite logging a call early in the morning about the problem that they have not been able to contact the technicians to come out and look at the fridge and the best, they don't work over weekends so I must wait until Monday (with a fridge that is already defrosting) and do I really not have someone that can help me over the weekend with ALL THE FOOD that I am losing because everything is defrosting.
As much as I understand processes, a better attitude and willingness to help would really have been appreciated. O yes, and the fact that this is leaving a sour taste in my mouth and that I will not buy from Makro again (and tell everyone I know), well according to Sandy that is a pity but Game or anyone else would have treated me the same way!!! Sorry Sandy, I don't agree, been treated much better before!!
