New fridge - 4 days and STILL not sorted

Bought a fridge from Makro Strubens Valley 3 weeks ago. Top of the range fridge and it's already broken. After fighting with Samsung for three days to get a technician out to come look at the fridge they eventually came. After all that comes out the fridge needs to be replaced. Now it's taken me 4 days to beg and plead for a new fridge. Im sitting with a 2 week old baby that needs the fridge for his bottles and with a deep freezer of now ruined food. This is un acceptable. Need some sort of urgent attention and compensation for my now wasted food. Never dealing with them again. Everything is an excuse.
