My new fridge got repaid three times

I bought an LG non plumbing fridge last year in Aug. when it was still new, it had a pipe issue as it was not dispensing. It has been making a funny loud irritating noise continuously. The technician came twice n tried "fixing" it but it still has issues. I called makro again to inform them that for a fridge that is less than 6 months, it should not have been repaired 3 times already. I want a replacement. I was told to deal with lg if I want a replacement. How do I deal with LG for a fridge that I bought at Makro. I am highly disappointed in the service and the attitude. For a R15000 fridge that is less than 6 months to be giving me problems is a serious inconvenience and irritating. I am frustrated now as I can't have visitors as you can barely hear each other speak in the house
