Terrible After Sales Service for Faulty Appliance

Good day

On the 11/11/2013 I purchased a Hisense Fridge which was on special, and came along with a Mini/Bar Fridge as well. I bought this through Makro Amanzimtoti.

On the 4/01/2014 I was out for the evening and when i got back home i see that the less than 2 month old Fridge was dead. Being a Saturday night, I reported the problem to Makro Toti on Monday 6/01/2014. I was told that it would be reported to Hisense and someone will come out to check it up. I called again on the 8, 9, 14 JAN 2014 (as they do not call you) and received the same feedback... "We are still waiting for Hisense to reply and get back to us".
If Hisense takes a month, or 6, does that mean I have to sit without a Fridge for that long?

My purchase was with Makro, so Makro needs to replace this Fridge especially after making me wait for so long. I even took the extended warranty with it and paid for delivery... whereas GAME was offering free delivery!
Makro can wait for Hisense to get back to them if they have to, but I cannot wait so long.

This is a major appliance in every house. I have had to resort to asking people to keep my stuff for me.
The inconvenience I am being put through is terrible.
