The Customer has the attitude!!

I bought a fridge on Saturday from Makro they did delivery on Sunday. When I switched the fridge on it made so much noise it was unbearable. When I phoned Makro this morning with their 7 day return policy they said they would phone me back. They did not! I phoned back and spoke to the General Manager Ralph a very competent and friendly individual! My problem came when he transferred me to the floor manager in the appliance department. This rude and incompetent guy yelled at me the following list of demands.
o We only have a 7 and 14 day return policy on certain items
o It's not my fault your fridge does not work; I will send it to the manufacturer for assessment.
o I have to pay 2 way delivery charges for them to come and collect the broken fridge they sold me?
o My favorite HE DOES NOT LIKE MY ATTITUDE!!!
Since he is the floor manager at Makro Pe I guess he can make a list of demands for the customer to abide by. He does not give you a chance to talk he cuts you off mid way trough a sentence. For a guy that yells in my ear he is the manager every 2 seconds he really does not know his product at all.

My experience dealing with Makro so far has been horrible!
