I physically went to order a birthday cake for collection on September 11th-18h00 paid in full.
Realizing that since it's a fresh cream cake it may not hold in warm weather for a day, best to collect it on the 12th at 14h00 & deliver by 17h00 (miss the n3 traffic, etc.). I called the store in the morning of the 10th & asked to change the collection date and time, i also went to the store - around 18h30 just to double check and I was shown the amendment in the order book - though it was on the next order page, I was told all is good.

To my surprise when I got to the store to collect (around 15h00) the cake was still to be finished in a few minutes i was told. I then decided to buy cool drinks & milk but while at it realized that best to report such to the store manager Juan... who threatened to 'fire someone' because of the incident, on the same note telling me that apologizing wont change the situation and he needed to rush & print the picture to put on the cake so I can leave yet he didn't apologise! Another guy came to ask the correct spelling to be up on the cake, rushing to get the candles, etc... I only left at 16h10. Day was ruined since I got to the school late.
