I purchased an ice cream for a birthday party. The cake was fetched on Saturday afternoon. I have a complaint regarding the following:
1, i asked for 3 layer cake ie vanilla, chocolate and strawberry but the cake was made only with vanilla and strawberry
2. the cake had drops of chocolate ice cream on top vanilla. the lady in the store scooped out the chocolate mess and put dollops of vanilla to cover up the errors.
3. the worst thing of all the cake was not frozen enough. just a short walk from the shop to the car which was parked next to the Machacho's the cake started to melt. we did not have time to ask them to redo the cake as the party was at 2.by the time we got home which is in Lenasia South the cake was litterally sliding off the cake board. The cake was not even on the table for 5 minutes only to blow out the candle.
how disappointing is thatm, to pay so much for a cake and it made with perfection or even frozen enough. we puchased ice cream cakes before and by far this was the worst. what is a birthday without a cake?? Milkylane needs to compensate me for the inconvenience caused and such poor delivery on their service.
