On the 31st of May 2013, I placed an order for my daughter's birthday cake. On the 15th of June, I went to Spar to collect the cake. I was shocked when I was told that the cake was not prepared. Instead of apologising for their mistake, they decided to change the date on their order form from the 15 to 16. I was shown the order form that reflected the 16 as the day of collecting the cake. It was clear on the order form that the date was altered and I pointed that out to them. Afterward, another employee came to me and claimed that I had call the store and requested that they should changed the date of collecting the cake from the 15th to the 16th and that is why the date was changed on the order form. That was a total lie. I told them that I'm not leaving the store without the cake since I had already paid for it. Eventually, they decided to prepare the cake while I was waiting. I was not happy with the quality of the cake.
