My wife ordered a birthday cake from Tobi Weber for our son's 2nd birthday party. We paid a deposit weeks in advance and was assured by Tobi that the cake will ready in time. Last week he advised that we should collect the cake on Friday at 5pm. Just as we were about to leave for Parys to collect the cake he phoned saying that Parys was without water and therefore he could not finish the cake but promised to deliver it himself on Saturday morning at 9am (the birthday party started at 11am). Needless to say he never arrived, he never called to explain, he refused to answer his phone and didnt respoind to messages. Its three days later and still no word from him and still he doesnt answer his phone. We are beyond disgusted.
