Bad service, Store in a pathetic state

I regulary shop at this branch and the service is detortating each time. most particular, this sunday was the worst. Very few cashiers manning the tills, not to mention their bad attitudes towards shoppers. Was in a line of more than 7 people, 2 of the tills not in working condition and no supervisors around to expalin to frustrated customers. Aircon also not in working condition by the cashier areas yet sign outside the stores advertises that store has just been revamped. Total disgusted in the overall experience.
