This is my second complaint about this branch. They have the most pathetic service ever!!!
There is never enough Cashiers!!! you have to stand in long lines for long periods of time. This is unacceptable because most people have only their lunch hour within which to shop or pay accounts.
There are several tills yet only one cashier is manning the till or if you very lucky 2 cashiers at the most.
The Cashiers are rude and unfriendly.
The other day a cashier is having a long conversation with a fellow employee while i'm standing at the cashier counter waiting for him to assist me. He blatantly ignored me and only assisted me once he was done with his conversation.
Today i was standing in line to pay for goods selected but because the line was long and there was only 1 cashier I put the goods back on the rack and walked out.
If this bad service continues, Edgars should consider that they are going to lose more customers, the branch will close and people will lose their jobs!!!
