On the 20th of December 2013..I WENT TO one of the Total sports store in Pretoria, I got a shocK of my liFe..I got into the store... waited 15 mins for assistance. I WANTED to purchase a pair of JUNIOR NIKE
sneakers that were at a price point of R599 on display, so I went to the till point and made a
purchase. AFTER paying when I check my slip, the price was not the same as the one on display, I then
asked the cashier why the price was different..she said she doesn't know of which the price on the slip was
R624..I asked her to call her manager... The manager came by the name of PAUL..he then made it very clear that he WON'T GIVE ME THE PRICE I that is on the price point, I must pay the price that appears on the system... I was angry and furious because he was Very rude. How can I pay for a different price on a system
??? I wanted to pay for the price that I saw..he then said I can do what ever that I want to do, the bottom line is I won't pay R599, I must pay R624 of which was discounted automatically by my points on my Account...
