I walked iN Store to buy uniform because I saw the boy display uniform was priced at a lower price. It was school boy shirt age 6-7yrs at a price of R29, 99 I took 6 shirt and went to the pay station thinking that when I get the price will go down as the pricing at the door. Same size, shirt and colour for R29.99 but on floor is different pricing of R44.90 and a promo says 2 shirts R30 off something like that.
I ask the lady at the till point her name was Marie to check the prices cos where not the same and why, she was very helpful and has a good customer service. She called her supervisor the name was Obakeng and he told her to go and check the price n barcode at the door n when she came back it was the same price that I saw n Obakeng called the store manager Jasen to help. (jasen didn't come 2 till) they both pass the till to the display I think to change the price n after 5minutes obakeng ask me to come n check the price again and this time it was a different price the 1 for R29.99 was removed. I went back to the till hoping that Jasen will come n resolved this as both me n the cashier saw the same price before they change it. Jasen came at the till point n ignored me help othe
