Wrong pricing and bad attitude of management

I was in your Canal Walk store this evening and did my shopping. I was at the meat counter by the Halal section next to the fish shop. I picked up PACKAGE OF MEAT that was priced R98 /kg and 800 grams and the price was R67. I asked the assistant closest to me if that was the price and he said yes R67. I finished my shopping and went to the cash to pay and was told it is R167. The cashier called the supervisor, who took the meat and tried to find the butcher manager, who was no where to be found. She then found the store manager Quattoon who kept me waiting. He then argued with me and took the meat and went to re weigh it. He came back and said it was R167. I took a photo of the meat and the ticket.
The manager refused to give me the meat at the price it was marked. I left my trolley of groceries and left very dissatisfied. I feel that the price tickets should be checked before the meat is unpacked and to keep the customer happy, they should have given it to me at the price marked. I shop regularly in that store. They have just lost a good client who has been shopping there since day 1.
I wasted more than 30 minutes for this problem not to be sorted out. Bad service.
